Creation and orchestration of the Sales Days and the annual kick-off events in 2007, 2008 and 2009. Participation of 800 to 1,200 employees with diverse topics and objectives:
  • Definition and formulation of the event content and topics
  • General event content planning ("red thread")
  • Coordination of the internal and external speeches and moderation
  • Coordination of the venue, electrical needs, logistics and catering

Event Marketing: Robert Bosch GmbH

Creation, planning and implementation of a number of customer events for Scandinavian and Russian key accounts within the Electronic Tool division. The customers were presented with the newest product and technology innovations in an authentic and exciting environment at the Test and Trial Center in Boxberg and at Europa Park Rust.
  • Orchestration of the newest product and technology innovations via a diversified and informative mix of speeches, workshops and hands-on experience
  • Consultation and coordination of various corporate divisions
  • Planning and implementation of an attractive accompanying activity-programme
  • Handling of all technical, logistical and catering-related elements


Event Marketing: Allianz Deutschland AG

Planning and implementation of an internal kick-off/motivation event filled with information, workshops and entertainment for 250 employees from the cities of Stuttgart and Munich. Goal: to intensify the communication between management and staff.
  • Event planning in cooperation with Loquenz Consulting GmbH
  • Advising and guidance of the participating managers before and during the event
  • Selection of venue as well as other services (i.e. electrical needs, stage, lighting, seating, catering)
  • Orchestration and organizational lead during the event
