The Seal of Quality for Bosch System Specialists

Client: Bosch, Geschäftsbereich Power Tools

Our task was the conception and implementation of a trade marketing plan including quality management, which should strengthen the competitiveness of the Bosch System Specialists on one hand and had a signal character for the consumers on the other hand.

Our communication idea: creating the BSS Seal of Quality in cooperation with TÜV Rheinland. The TÜV checked the product line on site, services, pricing policy, financing, consumer engineering and back office, logistics as well as the internal qualification processes.

Overview of the project realisation:

  • Discussions with experts and dealers in order to determine the relevant success factors
  • Selection of partners within the project (business consultancy and inspection associations)
  • Definition of topics and requirements and a detailed process plan
  • Testing phase of the process
  • Development and production of the communication tools (e.g. key visual, information brochure, submittal of ads, press kid and other materials
  • Support during the whole process for all partners and dealers as official coordination office
